Kevin Durant out of Suns dwelling debut after injuring ankle pregame
Kevin Durant’s dwelling debut with the Phoenix Suns must wait just a little longer.
The 13-time All-Star slipped on the ground throughout pregame warmups and was dominated out Wednesday night time towards the Oklahoma City Thunder due to left ankle soreness.
The recreation was alleged to be Durant’s dwelling debut along with his new group. He has performed in three video games since being traded to the Suns, however all had been on the highway.
Video confirmed Durant driving to the basket throughout warmups when he rolled his left ankle as he jumped. He instantly hopped up and was strolling, although he was transferring slowly. Several minutes later, the Suns confirmed that Durant would miss the sport.
Durant is averaging 26.7 factors and seven.3 rebounds in his three video games with the Suns.
Phoenix traded for Durant and T.J. Warren in a blockbuster deal in February, sending Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder, 4 first-round picks and different draft compensation to the Brooklyn Nets. Durant didn’t make his Suns debut till March 1 resulting from a knee sprain that sidelined him for practically two months.
