Spencer Grammer says in a brand new interview that she “shouldn’t have tried to help” break up a combat in New York City two years in the past that led to her getting stabbed within the hand.
“But there wasn’t a knife involved to begin with,” the “Rick and Morty” actor, who’s the daughter of “Frasier” star Kelsey Grammer, defined in an interview with People journal revealed Tuesday. “It was like any normal fight, basically.”
Reports on the time stated the conflict concerned a restaurant diner and a passerby who appeared intoxicated.
Grammer informed People she and a good friend “tried to alleviate a fight.”
“I didn’t see the person holding the knife, so it’s difficult to say what happened really,” Grammer stated. In “a matter of minutes,” she stated, she sustained a “severe hand injury.”
The knife severed her median nerve and two tendons, which led to in depth bodily remedy and an extended restoration, she stated.
No arrests had been made. Grammer stated the investigation remains to be ongoing.
